In the growing town of Lee Summit, just outside of Kansas City, Missouri, lies an up-and-coming neighborhood, Summit View Farms. A modern, contemporary-styled home recently popped up in this neighborhood, featuring 3,304 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Located on 3111 SW Summit View Trail, it’s a very short drive to get to Missouri Route 150 or 291. The home is currently listed on Zillow at $724,999, being sold by JW Thomas Custom Homes in Kansas City.
The first step into the home shows the open concept with a two-story living room and a double-sided fireplace located in the heart of the home. The stairs leading up have a large catwalk with sleek-black railings contrasting the light walls.
The kitchen is also an open concept with a large island and large windows showing the backyard. Welcoming for families, this area includes a dining area and a butler's pantry equipped with a sink and mini-fridge. This space is loaded with new appliances, including an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.
Past the mud room is a three-car garage that opens to a spacious driveway. Outside, the landscape has already been professionally completed with an included yard irrigation system.
The primary suite can be found on the upper level. The largest room in the home is already equipped with a TV cutout above the fireplace. The primary bathroom includes a double vanity, a large standing shower, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in closet. This space is illuminated with indirect LED lighting to highlight the cabinets and shower.
Also found on the upper level are two other spacious rooms with unique modern windows allowing for natural light. Just down the hallway, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom featuring a shower bath combo.
The home also includes a home office near the front entrance, accompanying a stylish powder room for guests. The hearth room features a built-in wine bar with low-lights, allowing you to showcase your selection.
In the lower level of the home, you are welcomed with a large space perfect for entertaining. On this level is also a bedroom with a full bathroom, completing the fourth room of the home.
This home will be showcased in the Kanasas City Parade of Homes from April 26 to May 11, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with free admission. It is also available to be toured on the weekends from noon to 5 p.m., or you can reach the builder through the email listed on their website.
