We're excited to announce that JW Thomas Custom Homes is expanding into Pergola Park's Lumberman's Row, a rare oppurtunity for estate living nestled between the historic Longview Mansion and New Longview Lake. Currently in the installation stage, this incredible residence is already taking shape and is set to make it's debut as a Spring 2027 Parade of Homes entry. Following an incredible award-winning Spring Parade season, we're excited to announce that JW Thomas Custom Homes will once again be participating in the Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes. At JW Thomas Custom Homes, we believe building a stronger community goes far beyond the homes we create. Owners Jeff and Wes recently volunteered their time to help Creative Intersections prepare the stage for a free outdoor dance preformance for the Kansas City community. Giving back isn't always about writing a check- sometimes it's simply about showing up, lending a hand, and suppporting the people who make our community special.
